Q: How does Wrinkle Treatments work?

 

A: Laser light penetrates deep into the dermis, deep-heating the tissue in the targeted area and stimulating long-dormant collagen. As a result, the collagen contracts and tightens, producing visibly firmer-looking skin in the treated area. Results of our skin tightening procedure become more dramatic over time as collagen re-builds though a series of treatments is effective and safe for all skin types.

A: A number of treatments are determined at your consultation and is based on your requirements and goals. We suggest 2-3 treatments a week over 4-6 weeks to complete a full course of treatments.

A: Treatments take 20-30 minutes.

Your CLS will go through a full medical questionnaire and consultation prior to treatment to confirm suitability. Laser treatments are not recommended for patients that are:

  • Women during menstrual cycle
  • Have a history of heart problems
  • Patients with malignancy
  • Patients who have diabetes
  • Patients with a fresh suntan
  • Patients whose wounds after operation have not healed completely
  • Epileptics
  • Who has genetic hypersensitivity
  • Patients with Kidney (gall-stone) disease
  • Who was an embedded metal object, or silicone gel
  • Acute inflammation or epidemical patients
  • Who in menses, birth control period, emiction incontinence period, or accepting the belly operation
  • Who’s body takes in a lot of inner heat

 

Q: What are the risks associated with wrinkle reduction treatment?
